I gladly write a letter of support and recommendation towards the Adoption Ark Adoption agency. Our family worked with Adoption Ark throughout the 2007 calendar to complete an adoption. We ended up bringing home 2 wonderful girls in October of 2007. We had a wonderful experience during the U.S. and Kazakhstan part of the adoption procedure and paperwork. It can be overwhelming and lengthy but, the staff at Adoption Ark was unbelievably thorough in their assistance. They gave a lot of help, direction and encouragement during the adoption process. We always had all the documents we needed as our paperwork went through each step in that long process.
Our family felt very prepared physically and emotionally by the time we got to Petropavlovsk, Kazakhstan. Adoption Ark has an extensive support system through their website, yahoo group and staff assistance. There are many adoption issues that Adoption Ark helped us to emotionally understand. While we were in the country during bonding period, the Adoption Ark regional coordinator and translator were pure in heart and hard working. We were touched at how much everyone cared for the safety and welfare of our girls and our family. The U.S. and Kazakh staff were always checking on us during our stay. We always could contact someone if we needed extra help, but Adoption Ark always had everything ready and in order before we even knew we needed it.
One of the reasons we choose Adoption Ark as our Kazakhstan adoption agency was because of their year round concern and care for the children in Kazakhstan. They give donations and assistance wherever they can in order to help the lives of the orphans in Kazakhstan. We were grateful to have such great people to work with during our own adoption process and we know that they will always be an excellent resource as our 2 girls grow older should we need them. I have told many people about this wonderful agency. We will be forever grateful for their supportive and professional help in completing our family.
