In August of 2006 my husband and I signed the contract with Adoption Ark to begin our journey of bringing our son Nicholas home from Kazakhstan. Throughout the next few months, Ally gave us all the support and guidance we needed while preparing our dossier and also when we getting ready to travel.
Adoption Ark has a great support system here in the US and in Kazakhstan; we were never alone during the entire process. We traveled to Kazakhstan in March 2007 where we met our beautiful baby boy. The moment they brought him in, we knew instantly that he was meant to be our son!
We met Nicholas when he was 8 months old, he has now been home with us for over 2 years and he is doing great! He is full of energy and he loves to be outside running around whenever possible. He has since become a big brother when we brought our 2nd son, Jacob, home from Kyrgyzstan.
